60-Day Return Window

You have 60 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. This gives you plenty of time to thoroughly test and evaluate your scale or equipment to ensure it meets your needs.

Send a request to sales@scalesupplyco.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Hassle-Free Returns

We believe that returning a product should be hassle-free. That's why we've streamlined our return process to make it as easy as possible for you. Simply contact our friendly customer support team at sales@scalesupplyco.com, and they will guide you through the return process step by step.

No Questions Asked

We won't ask you a million questions or make you jump through hoops to return your item. As long as it's within the 60-day return window and meets our return policy criteria, we'll gladly accept it back.

Return Policy Criteria

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Any accessories, manuals, or promotional items that came with the product must also be included.

Refund or Exchange

Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, you can choose between a refund or an exchange. If you opt for a refund, we will process it promptly, and you will receive your money back in the original form of payment. If you prefer an exchange, we will help you find a suitable replacement.

It's important to note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a faulty or incorrect item received.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable as part of your return or exchange unless the return is a result of a manufacturer's or Scale Supply Co.'s error.

Non-Refundable Items

  • NVLAP certified or serialized calibration weights
  • NIST traceable and ISO certified calibration reports
  • Items from an order shipped outside of the United States
  • Any custom products specific to the customer 

Clearance Items

Clearance and sale items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Clearance and sale items shall be returned in a similar condition to when they were purchased and include all contents and packaging.
