Shipping Policy

Scale Supply Co. uses a combination of the best carriers to provide our customers with the fastest and cheapest shipping methods. By working hand in hand with many of the most popular scale brands, we are able to ship directly from the manufacturer and offer FREE ground shipping on most scale products.

Available Shipping Carriers

We currently offer UPS and FedEx as shipping methods, which include ground shipping and expedited options available to our customers. If an option you require is not available to you, please give us a call or you use our chat options so we can accomodate to you. We're here to make it as easy as possible for you to get the scale products you need when you need them.

Free Shipping Available

Free ground shipping is available on most products when a minimum order threshold is met. Please see the free shipping exclusions below.

Exclusions:

Items that require LTL shipping - Over-sized items such as; floor scales, platform scales, etc.
Specialty items that require special handling

Tracking Information

If an item is shipped from our inventory, tracking will become available when our team prepares the item to be shipped (same day if order is received by 11am PST). Tracking for items that are shipped directly from our manufacturing partners will become available as soon as we receive them.

Inventory Availability

We do our best to maintain an up-to-date inventory count to make sure all items available at the time of purchase. In rare cases, an item you order may be unavailable due to our suppliers running out of stock. If this happens, we will notify you right away with updates on restock dates as well as work with you to provide a solution that fits your needs. If a solution cannot be met, a full refund will be returned to you promptly.
